Here is a little update of what is happening. Everything seems to be fine. I have one BM a day mostly in the morning. Stool seems to be formed when it comes out but it breaks apart when it is in the water. Is it normal? I think stool should be harder but i am not sure. I am still on the diet and vitamin E enema. Still a lot of problems with gases!!!!!! I am not losing any weight anymore.
Two days ago i think i had a food poisoning. In the morning i had a regular BM but then during the day i had two more. Unfortunately the two had liquid stool. The next day I did not go to the toilet at all. Today i went to the bathroom only once in the morning.
I eat a lot of chicken, fish and vegetables. I eat two cups of yogurt a day that has been made according to SCD diet. Would it be bad if i increase it to three cups a day?
I am also wondering if there is anything else with a lot of fiber that i can add to the diet?
