Hi Sheldon,
I am tring to follow as closely as possible to the diet, the dry barley is cooked and left in the fridge to have with my meals as per procedure. (I cook ¾ of a cup of dry barley; then keep in the refrigerator and use at every meal.)You stated your procedure is not written in stone. It may make it easier if I had a complete list of foods that I can eat at this time. I really want this to help me but I'm struggling with a enough nutrition on this limited diet and it may be contributing to my loss of weight. I,m glad to hear I can use soy milk and whole eggs maybe I won't feel the need to drink as much water.
I did't feel much different again today besides more gas. I can't understand where all the food substance is going as I comsume it, the input seems to be visually larger than the output. I feel energetic throught the day but have a bit of trouble sleeping at night, the calcium before bed helps me sleep a little deeper. The hospital scenario is a little stressful but deep breathing excercises twice a day help me alot deal with any stress. I say life is pretty good. If you would like me to post any additional information please let me know.
Thanks, Eric
