I can only guess about the cause of your irritation.However,since only two weeks have passed since the start of the procedure there probably is not a complete healing of your colon.The gas should disappear when the good bacteria in your colon become better established.You can buy the fecal occult blood test at the drug store and test your stool for blood.I would wait until your colon is healed(CURED) before trying heavier exercise.Try walking faster.Your colon will give you the correct answer.When you exercise,your body needs extra Sugar to burn.When you don't burn the extra Sugar it turns into fat or the body has to spend valuable stored energy to excrete the unused sugar.As of now,the extra empty calories of sugar(honey) would be a burden on your system.Try eating more grains.Brown rice,barley or corn.They are also carbohydrates that can give you fiber,minerals and vitamins and also add weight.No more then two tablespoons of olive oil.
