Or maybe because they are not going to research the Mangosteen for the Mangosteen but for the active ingredient. If you were trying to turn a big profit would you tell everyone you found the new "wonder drug" as a result of studying something they could get cheaper? Be real heretic. You don't want to make sound arguements you just want to argue. Do you work for a drug company?

By the way the wonder drug Aspirin was derived from White Willow bark. So I do know what I am talking about. I research this subject a lot.
