Two possible conclusions can be made from this premise:
1) Xango doesn't work for what its distributors and mangosteen afficionados claim it does. If it did, there would be pharamceutical companies lining up to create a "wonder drug" deriviative from the mangosteen fruit.
2) Xango doesn't work because its pharmacological effects are unknown or perhaps detrimental in some use cases as was proven by some patients using Celebrex or Vioxx.
