I just bought primal defense and started using it today.

I'm wondering what dosage of primal defense I should use daily.

I did the sliva test you recomened and Imidietly my sliva streaked to the bottom of the water. No hesitation at all. I assume this means I still have the candida pretty rampant in my bloodstream.

I assumed I should start what is listed on the back of the bottle as the advanced dosage 6-12 scoops a day. Is there any drawbacks to taking the advance dosage rightaway(besides rapid die-off). Should there be anyreason I work my way up to the advance dosage.


Also I'm wondering Since the sliva test was so positive for candida should I keep taking antifungles. If so should I take different onces since I have been taking the same antifungles for over 4 weeks? Tweet
