Starting New Plan...Got rid of nutritionist

I'm going to quit seeing my nutritionist for his lack of knowledge about Candida. So I'm basically starting my treatment over.

Even though there are those that are skeptical about threelac I'm extreamly lured by what they promise and figure I'll try a few cans to see If i'm lucky enough to feel the amazing results some have got from it.

I'm sorry if i'm posting that has been covered before but due to money issues I am not going to be able to jump into a full fledged candida treatment plan yet so I would like advice on the first couple of steps I should take.

Basically I've had candida problems for about 7 years to the point of having bad chronic fatigue syndrome. I started a candida starvation diet about 1 month ago and have been herble antifungles for about the same time.

I still have three bottles of natural suppliments from my nutritionist I'm wondering should I still take any of these with the threelac.

The suppliments are in pill form and are:
"Defense plus" for immunse system
"Mycostat Complex" which is for killing candida in intestine
"yeast Defense" which has antifungls as well as several forms of lactobacills.

Now My main concern and what I would like the most specific advice on is what kind of cleanses or enemas should I do first. It may be hard for me to by a enema bucket right now(but if there is no way around it I will do what I can to get one).

When I first started my treatment and had dieoff I had sever upper back pain So I'm thinking I should do something to remove gaul stones.

Again I don't have enough money to buy all the nessisities yet for the treatment and get overwhelmed and confused when people give me a whole treatment plan so I would like advice on the first steps that I should take as of now. Thanks for any information
