You could take all those with Threelac, but it might overload your system and make you feel really really lousy, so best to just do Threelac for about 3 days then switch to the others.

Do salt water flushes and P&B shakes, double dosage, until you can afford to get an enema bucket.

Take the saliva test and make sure that you do have candida. if it comes up negative, yuo're in stage two and don't need any anti-fungals whatsoever. I have a link to the test in my Candida notes.
