You can do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) daily if you like, as long as it's in the early morning on an empty stomach. Read The Master Cleanse for instructions, but know that you can't just measure the salt in (and it should be plain salt, not ES), you have to taste it. Make it taste really salty, like chicken soup salty.
Both. The P&B recipe says teaspoon of fiber, tablespoon is more effective, and two tablespoon Bentonite for the first few weeks is best. You want to work up to taking 2-3 shakes a day if you can. Read my bowel management notes if you get constipated.
