Thanks for the information. I Just went out and bought P&B for the shakes. And have some unopepend bags of epson salt(can I use this for the saltwater flush?).

Could you help me clear a few things up before I start the cleansing. I'm now sure what the recomended dosage is for P&B shakes or satwater flushes so I don't how much to use when you say double. Also when you say double the dosage do you mean double the quantity taken at once or double the frequency taken.

How long should I keep doing the saltwater flushes for is there anyharm in doing them too many times?
