There's a simple and quick exercise there that enables a person to regress their memory to a time BEFORE the incident(s) occurred...meaning that anyone may relieve the pressure, while AVOIDING reliving the trauma-causing events.

Who knows what pressures will be relieved?

It's easy, quick, and free...worth a try?
