Thanks for posting. Please don't think that were trying to judge you, of course we know you want your son to get better, we just want to help. But I would like to say again that you do not HAVE to cook your food, in fact cooking destroys many of the nutrients. I have a very busy schedule too, I have four kids living at home, plus I'm dealing with my own health issues, life's not easy. But I would like you to know that it is possible to whip up a satifying meal for the whole family that you don't have to cook and takes only a few minutes. We eat chicken salad all the time made from chicken I cook the night before, prewashed and chopped lettuce, and our own dressing I preprepare and keep in the fridge. It takes 5-10 minutes to make at most, everyone loves it, and it's very healthy. Trust me I've been doing it for a long time, theres no need for fast food when there's other healthy stuff you can make just as easy. We also like to eat boiled quinoa which takes only 15 minutes to make. And in those 15 you can also whip up a salad, some eggs, or steamed greens. When you think about it, 15 mintues is not very long. It probably takes just as much time to drive to the fast food and get it. Atleast it does for me.
