Re: Could us advice, bp high water fasting to lower it

Wow that’s amazing! Congrats!
My bp was 170/134 at the highest in the past few weeks and this morning was 152/97 so that’s a significant change. I wanted to keep going until it was normal but could not work and do the necessary things as I was completely wiped out. I’m still pretty wiped out but taking in some green juice slowly.

I will be able to fast again in a few weeks. And hope to lower it to normal then. (Or before!) I am thinking I will consume mostly green juices for the next week or so. I’m very conscious of what I put in- to only let it be life giving food.
