Yes, gets tough, when I make food for the kids, but, otherwise it's easier, for sure, as the days go by.
I do use tea (regular tea, but also, occasional coca leaf, which is technically illegal; I only use after a few days, if I'm really feeling like I'm going to break the fast, otherwise) and coffee, by the way. Some, on this site, think that's not water fasting, but I can't find anything based on good
Science that is in agreement with that opinion, so I'm not concerned.
Thank for writing. I was tempted to break, today. Your post may have the effect of encouraging me to soldier on, until tomorrow (when I'm going to have a big Starbucks, I think!).
