I’m in the desert 🌵 AZ so pretty far from the east coast, although I am a transplant and used to be an east coaster!

Day 4 it is! I’m thanking God and you who have replied for support. I’m hoping today is easier. I think I need to learn why rest is. I keep thinking I’m resting but by the end of the day I’ve worked so much.

I don’t have the ability to stop working but I can and Am limiting it severely from what I was doing. For example I have one appointment today as opposed to 6.

I too found this forum through google search! And have been reading many posts. 😊I’m very thankful for this place.

Thank you also for the heads up about advice here. I kind of thought that reading through but it’s nice to hear it.

Great job on making it to day 4! Even if you have to break tomorrow at least you made it through 4 days!!
