Thank you so much for the reply! I did end up taking the Epsom Salt and peroxide bath. It was very relaxing. It’s been years since I took a bath so I really appreciated it! I am happy that I can ask questions here.

I’m on day 6 and hungry 😐 so I think I may not be resting enough, but plan to rest more tomorrow.
Can’t wait for time to pass. It’s harder than I thought but I’m thrilled to make it this far.
