Go to you dr and have him prescribe permethrin cream 5%. Cover your body from head to toe with it. Leave on as directed by the prescription. It comes in a tube like a toothpaste tube. Do not hug or hold hands with anyone. It is transmittable from person to person which is how you got it. Strip your bedding and wash them. Pillows too. All clothing you have been wearing since you first got this. The mite cannot live outside the skin for long but sanitize as much as possible. Depending upon the severity of the infection healing can take a week to a couple of months. Be patient and do not stress out with this. Your emmune system is weakened and stress doesn't help.
