If the permethrine doesnot work, You can try humaworm which has an discussion forum here. If the clothes still pins after hot wash, you may need to boil them before the laundry. Also you may need to fumigate your bed room. Bag all your clothings in plastic for 6 weeks. The above are my experiences.
