Scabies is not that much hard to treat, all you need is the exact treatment, proper applications and related tips. 5% Permetharin is a good anti scabies cream that is easily available all over the world. All you have to do is to apply it from neck to feet for 12 hours and repeat the procedure according to the severity of disease. Other medications may be added to the regimen like crotamiton and some mild topical corticosteroids. There is no need to wash clothes with hot water just exposure to direct sunlight for few hours is enough to kill the scabies mite.
