Hi. I have some of the same. The one you said looks hilarious is a fluke and a few more were also. Bad guys. Noodle looking ones tapeworm, not all are segmented. Flukes have pointed suckers on one end and are mainly flat leaf shaped look like pieces of meat. Range in colors. If you have a good relationship with your doctor take your pictures and print pictures of internet likeness or copy on phone and show them. Flukes can be deadly causing billary blockage leading to gallbladder perforation into the peritoneum causing sepsis. Happened to me. All I had was slowly increasing triglycerides irregardless of diet and upper right quadrant pain and a few strange liver readings intermittently. A cheap ultrasound can show signs, a Ct scan is good also and there are ELISA blood tests with high accuracy as well as an endoscopy which is slightly invasive but google this and good luck. Most doctors don't believe much in parasites though. Tweet
