In the parasite world you have 3 classes:

1/ Protozoa - which are microscopic.

2/ Nematodes - these are worms like roundworm.

3/ Cestodes - these are tapes or flukes

So rule out protozoa. One sign of tapes is 'white rice' in the stool, and for flukes, people report seeing 'rolled up tomato skins'. There are many species of nematodes and it would be safe to say that they would respond to the same types of treatments.

ParaWellness Labs is one of the better labs, they charge ~$300 for a test. He is very thorough.
