I'm now very sure the rectangular pieces are just pasta!

It didn't come today. Only thing I'm worried about is the small-blood stained part, and the rolled up skins.

Overall good advice:
- sleep on time (no screen in bed + sun in morning helps)
- less sugar
- chew well
