Yes. I'd agree. I think it's also best to take them 2 weeks prior every day leading up to the fast. From what I can tell so far those 2, even three weeks before a fast will dictate a lot how the fast will be.
From what I can tell - entering a fast lean is easier but ones condition tapers off making it difficult towards the end, and refeeding... Starting a fast a few kgs heavier than ones usual weight (but not overweight) is more difficult to begin with, but ones general condition is more enduring through out the fast. Entering day 8... Over the quarter way mark... thanks to God!
