I would be careful of teas... Very digestive, would lead muscle wasting.

I do believe water is the best, but I am almost certain that the minerals I had on those small amounts would not activate a non-fasting system, but allow it to maintain.

I did soak my feet for hours in ES and potash and it seems to be ok. Still recovering and getting better and better. And maintaining the Himalayan salt for now.
