Knowing your diet, protein is not an issue. I only eat fruits and vegetables, since birth, I don't have protein deficiency.

Dr. Shelton wrote about rushing and fasting with fears. He suggestes not to fast in those conditions. Usually when kidney does not get rid of sodium and the capillaries are not bringing the water back to the blood then edema happens.

You can find KCL at Amazon or iHerb. Also if you have Epsom Salts soak your feet in warm water with ES and a small amount of H2O2. Do this twice a day. Magnesium in ES also helps Edema.

Lastly, you can make a paste with parsley, turmeric and mustard oil (castor oil or olive oil works) and apply it to your feet and other areas where you have swelling.

Kapalbhati is a breathing exercise that can help as well.
