Hey, you wrote your msg some years ago and unsure if you ll reply now but I am experiencing very similar reactions. I can't eat some foods, can't tolerate any Supplemenrs and even some creams without feeling my adrenals are being rammed up. Did you ever find a solution? I started reacting like this after taking a supplement to support my adrenals. Be great to hear from you
