Wow! I don't even think my brain is capable of absorbing all of that information. I some how feel like I should be giving a standing ovation.
Thank you Unyquity for posting that. I can see you are a very compassionate and brilliant person.
I myself will have to pause before I add anymore supplements. Thinking over my health problems this last year, I think my own adrenals are worn out, along with hypothyroid symptoms. I do feel like I need to do something so that I can function (we have our own business, 5 kids, no time to get sick etc), but there is always that fine line of supplementing with too much and creating a burden instead of nurturing. (I have two large boxes of bottles of herbs/supplements)
Last year I was so sick I thought I was going to pass away. I had a fever all winter and was told by doctors that I needed to have gall bladder surgery. I visited here briefly (CZ) and did several Liver Flushes and ate many herbs to help my liver/gallbladder. It is better now, but I am back again with different health problems.
Thank you so much for all the work you put into posting all of that. I'll have to re read it again.
God's blessings to you Unyquity for helping so many people.
