what antidepressant are you on?

It could be at the root of your problems along with environment, including occupation, and diet.

Do you take any other OTC's or pharmaceutical drugs?

What is your food and cosmetic chemical exposure including toothpastes, mouthwashes etc.?

Do you use chemical fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides, avicides, or other things in or around your house?

Which ones?

You do not have to answer these questions here if you are not comfortable doing so. You may choose to use scroogle/google to check out the negative health effects of anything you are using.
