The amount of T-3 (3.0 to 4.0 is good). And its ratio to the (evil) RT-3 is the game ( I don't remember but easily checked w a search), they are "often" still neglecting.
And knowing that the different needs and uses of all of these hormones are unique enough that even if someone's levels seems alright but their extremities are still cold, it's the hormone interplay w cellular processing that is subpar. (so take Iodine and yes take a car ride with the notes in case your Doc wants to argue w you)
