slightly off-topic, but relevant to "healing"
Hi P,
I have been fortunate to be guided to various videos... The videos I am speaking of with the QHHT sessions with Alba Weinman are interesting in that they are of the actual session, they do not have "waffle" apart from a short few seconds at the end where she turns the camera on herself, and says, “if you want a session visit my website”…Often she/the practitioner is speaking directly to the "higher self", or possibly other high frequency beings, and the client's other manifestations, ( “past life”, for example, is a very 3-D, old term, as all lives are concurrent, in the higher realms). And too, she speaks to the energies that have condensed into, say - in your case, these ovarian cysts. It is amazing, to witness as an energy, pain, or heaviness, that inhabits (and inhibits) a certain body part is asked to speak, for the 'first time in its 'life', !! as it were... and then to watch its release, as it takes with it any vestiges of ‘itself’.
One or more of these videos are quite worth watching, in my view, ( but I would ask for my own guidance on this, toward finding and settling on one that speaks to You).
If you do something like hand-sewing, or drawing, or like to take notes ( I do all three ), there is no sense of time wasted. In fact, it's quite a humbling experience, that gives one a sense of the infinite potential of (all) beings, including the energies that after being invited to leave, are then transformed from their new, higher vantage point, into 'helping' energies, and are able to complete their own journeys back to wholeness, to the Highest. . .
I too have an I.F. lifestyle, since I habitually eat one meal a day, in the evening, and have been doing this for several years now. About seven years ago I did my first longish water fasts, 29 and 21 days, and some shorter ones, and since that time I have moved quite naturally toward this one meal a day thing. Life gets better and better. It’s a curious thing, because I love food, have cooked for large groups at a retreat centre, and always liked/still like to prepare meals. Have you read "Autobiography of a Yogi?" There’s a lady Paramahansa Yogananda visited who had become a breatharian, but she still loved to cook and make food for others… :-) Paradox is more and more the poise of power. Power as distinct from Force.
( Speaking of which, "Power vs Force", by David Hawkins you might like. )
I am curious about you referring to your sister and your daughter as "my little ones", in one post to Archus. That seems meaningful.
In the Yuen Method, the approach is to locate the person’s “leading weakness”, (which has no value judgement attached to it), regardless of what they present as the “problem”, from their own, or even the "experts'" perspective. (Often the perception and intuition are ‘weak’ or out of balance with thinking. Often, too much thinking dominates. ) This is a near-miraculous approach - while "A Course in Miracles", for example, teaches that miracles are natural, and if they do not occur "something has gone wrong"- in that it bypasses years of other kinds of “therapies”, and “treatments”, and strategies aimed at improving the person, step by step.
There is a new book out, you can google, if you feel called to do so, on the Yuen Method. The older manuals are not well-written, although the practice itself is beyond reproach, and precious. It is hard to get one’s 'usual head' around the simplicity of the YM. I am a bit put off by the cover of the new book, in that it seems to me to cheapen the field of YM, which is literally “infinite potential", but people of all walks of life do perhaps respond initially to wanting to 'delete pain in seconds', so it’s aimed at that. A marketing decision. The truth is, it can be used for, literally, any issue.
If I come across some link in particular, which I may well do in the next day or two, I will know to post it to you.
Best,
Chiron
