Re: Fasting - No Supplements

I used to eat junkfood - and live on redbull, coffee, and chocolate at uni. It was dreadful...until I married almost 6 yrs ago at 24 and my partner set me right.

my little ones (sister and daughter) sprout their own mung, and fenugreek and anything else they can sprout every day, and we have soup/dhal on the go every day with ample veg.

The family I grew up think I am extreme (especially in my religious views). They too are sick and inches away from dying at any given second. They believe anything doctors tell them and swallow any poison they prescribe to their own detriment. When we visit they offer us what they consider to be healthy by their standards but my girls still politely decline because they are aware of hidden chemicals/msg in everything... even organic is loosing its integrity as it isn't policed. we try to buy off the farms and check out exactly what goes into the produce.

I would have liked to try kafr but I believe it has an alcohol content which my religion forbids. we make our own yoghurt but we sold our cow not too long ago so its a good time to give dairy a break for a bit. goats are giving birth so there should be an abundance of their milk shortly - god willing.

Esene bread is sprouted grains -be it spelt, whole wheat, khorasan, rye, or whatever mix or combo - that is then left to grow maybe 2cm, then it is ground up into a sticky paste-like dough and shaped into loaves. It is very dense, and a loaf is around a kilo. When I first had it I thought it to be more cake-like and very sweet. I am always on the hunt for something I can smeer and inch of raw organic butter on, so I keep it on standby. It lasts weeks. I have tried to make but even though I can bake a sourdough loaf to rival the shops, my esene bread was hopeless.

you have to soak the grains, sprout them for a number of days, then mince them, then shape them. It never turns out like the store bought ones.

my partner pics up one of these every few weeks in a diff variety http://www.purelifebakery.com/index.html depending on what nutrient we may be down on. We have been eating it about once every 3 weeks for 6 years. The great thing is it lasts. so I can have one slice, put it away and then a week later have another... so Im never eating too much grains at once. Its great for sweet/savoury and for dipping in soup.

I have gone plane water today. and I am feeling good. much energy. was able to walk 1.2 km yesterday at twilight. and then did internal cleansing. feeling much better. able to do some academic work today which is a positive step. planing on a bike ride this afternoon.

My gratitude for your support.

have you tried Serrapeptase for your cyst? I have only just heard about it and am thinking about trying it, but the reviews on it are very promising. If you have let me know what you thought and if you haven't maybe read around about it.

Im am making further appointments for consultations with natural specialist as I am plagued by why the cysts keep forming in the first place... I want to treat the cause not just bandaid the symptoms.

regards.
