the key to ketosis is to minimise the carbs to such an extent that the body cannot and will not be able to subsists off them and is forced to rely on the fat and protein debris in the body. any amount of carbs that is enough for it to get buy on will actually have the opposite effect.
one lady tried to do ketosis diet as a fat burning weight loss... she didn't minimise her carbs enough and ended up stacking on the weight instead of loosing it, as the carbs she was consuming, though she had minimised them were still enough for her body to use as fuel.
you need to switch the bodies fuel source over to entirely fat. Its harder than it seems. I struggle with it despite my avid love of butter as most things I like to but it on are carb based.
everything has carbs, even milk. even eggs, even things that are not grains, and especially fruits.
it is difficult.
but if you figure out you total daily calerie intake... lets estimate it to be 2600kcal... it means 2210 of those cals has to be fat... leaving only 390 for the berries, the carbs in avo, the fibre.. the rest of everything else... it is very tricky....
have you ever done this... I do it often....
obviously you do not eat meat - so by my crude and uneducated assumptions i guess that you may be Hare krishna, buddhist, jain, or hindu.
Have you every asked the ultimate creator - whoever they may be - without any intercessor - to cure you and guide you?
not who you already may assume them to be.... but put the question out to whoever it may be - whether it is within you current knowledge or not...
ask them sincerely, tearfully from your deepest of heart and soul to cure you wholely and completely and guide you to where they ultimately would like you to be.
please don't be offended... not many people will actually have the courage to do that, but it is a very powerful thing.
If you sincerely with an open heart seek whoever that creator is, they will help you in ways we cannot comprehend.
