The NO
Sugar part is very hard...and I'm on a very healthy diet.
I say that because..Everything has a little
Sugar in it.
My probiotic yogurt, kefier, glueten free bread for my avacado and turkey sandwhich at lunch at work.
All I have left to eat and am eating is...
- Raw Veggies - Broc, Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery...LOTS of these everyday and Beets
- Kim Chee
- 2 Baby Spin Salad a day...I need dressing so I use gluten free (Sugar in there)
- Salmon
- Chicken
- Eggs in the morning with oatmeal that is glueten free but has 3 grams of
Sugar in it.
See, I don't want to starve myself because I think that is half of how I got to this situation.
I'm a busy person who is learning now, to slow down, breathe, meditate, sleep properly and EAT.
I cut out fast food and soda 5 years ago
