Really, get her book and read it. Quit wasting your time with all the misleading unhelpful crap that gets 'advised' here. Much of it is just product hawking (disguised as 'helpful advice') for the pharmaceutical companies who hire reps to push products and drive folks away from the zapper, which is VERY effective, despite their claims otherwise.
