Re: Truth vs. cessationism

There is always going to be truth mixed in with the lies in this world. Discernment is something all christians should have and it comes from relying on the Holy Spirit to reveal to us the truths in the bible (as you said in your earlier post) so we can decipher whatever we hear as truth or lies.

I learn lots from non-christians. Because they are non-christians doesn't mean they don't have lots of valuable truthful knowledge we all can learn from.

"Personally I think we all have a certain amount of truth understood correctly and a certain amount of false info concerning healing. Should I ditch you all? ;)"

I don't know if I'm understanding this last part of this statement "Should I ditch you all?" Will you expand for me?
