I wanted to add that i believe a very dangerous place for the believer to be is a place of hard heartedness before the Lord where they are not willing to daily examine their heart before Him for unrepentant sin and very sincerely lay all sin at the Lord's feet for Him to take it away and wash them clean. Such things as festering unforgiveness can become very big problems inviting enemy oppression and can lead to massive deception and delusion in their lives. This is the case with a woman i know who has long been walking very deeply in flesh in so many areas, and has as such invited a great deal of demonic oppression, but is deceived into believing that she is a holy and great prophetess of the Lord... and every time she hears a voice (thought or feeling), she believes it's always God speaking (and that she need not bother discerning it). She is another example of one who believes herself great in God's eyes, but essentially she is serving Satan because her flesh and the enemy are in control over her life. She remains a slave to sin and has not been set free from this. Tweet
