Yup,I understand that there are some allergies that people get from eating certain foods. I know people who are allergic to wheat, etc ... so I definitely get what you said. Again, I support the fact that brown rice is even better or whole wheat bread, instead of white.
Don't think I did not appreciate your advises or posts, I like them .. I just wanted to share what I have really found out after much research as far as type 2 is concerned.
I am back in fasting mode but this time I will only break the fast with fruit juices ..instead of solid food until I reach my desired weight.
