This is not something I would recommend, but you are free to experiment with what you want and with your body.
Perhaps it would be better if you ate for 4 days with plant based foods and then fast 3 days. We all crave for certain foods, but the beauty lies in deciding and knowing what is really good for your body and mind.
I just feel that you are not allowing your body to complete the healing cycle. All those fast foods have hidden sugars in them, luckily your Sugar test did not show the effect of it. Also you posted about fat is one the causes of diabetes, and yet you ate something full of fats.
In the long run you will go back to your bad habits of eating and the roller coaster will continue. I just hope that it will not be the case.
