Re: processed carbs and gluten
Thanks DL,
Thank you so much for your response and your help on this forum.I do know white bread is processed as well as white rice but I have researched a lot on these white carbs that seemingly have a bad reputation, worse reputation than animal foods known to cause cancer and heart disease. Eating whole wheat bread and brown rice is definitely a better option but I did also find out that white rice and even white bread can also be part of my diet. I've grown up eating those white carbs.
How are you going to explain the longevity of Okinawas who lived past 100 living on daily white rice and vegetables as their daily food ? I have japanese friends here in California whose grand parents lived on white rice their whole lives and they never got diabetes or cancer, even their whole extended family. Why are the vegan french people who eat lots of white bread without butter or any sort of other animal products seem to be thin and thriving living past 90 ? I definitely agree that Brown rice is better than white rice for example but I truly don't believe that white rice or white bread are the causes of type 2 diabetes, heart disease like people say.. That's just not the case.
Yes, fat promotes insulin resistance and I agree with you a 100% on that but I also found out that fats from fruits like avocados or nuts are not harmful and that people should rather avoid animal based fats that are bad for the insulin receptors in our cells . There are so many links I'll share regarding the unnatural fats from animals being the cause of type 2,heart disease and cancer even.
Here are two videos I'd really like you to watch. This doctor has healed 3 people that I know personally by putting them on a starch based diet. That starch diet rang a bell in my mind because I remember eating those same foods growing up overseas and I was full of a great health.

Did I share with you that when I drink tea with a
Sugar in it and a slice of bread, my blood glucose gets low ? Call me nuts but yes .. However, when I drink tea,
Sugar with bread and butter, my glucose rises after 2 hours. I did all those tests to verify what plant based doctors have been preaching about diabetes type 2.
Here's another post of a user on here proving also that a HIGH CARB/LOW fat diabetes is good for the blood sugar
