Burrito is a bad one, not as bad as the donuts however. Did you cook the bean with oil? Avocado is good but is not good to combine it with starches, especially in your case.
Swimming could have just masked the effects of your monster meal.
You need mastering of cravings. Your body took this offence too, but it can't go like that forever.
Inform yourself on proper foods to introduce after a fast. Always start raw, better even with a freshly squeezed juice - like Watermelon juice, citrus juice.
