processed carbs and gluten

Hello , Mase,
Thank you for continuing to share.
I have to disappoint you, on few points, that seemingly you did not pick in my last messages:
1. Bread is a processed food. Especially white bread. The bread you do from your own WHOLE grain, that you milled and then made bread out of it is minimally processed - the one you may want to have if you absolutely want bread. Still if the grain is not organic, as in having glyphosate and other pesticides in it, it can make you sick independently.
2. White rice is also a processed food.
3. Avocado is a very protein and fat laden food, the good type of pr. and f., but still combining it in big quantity with carbs may perpetuate the insuline resistance.
4. gluten as in wheat (therefor - bread), rye, barley and oat can make you sick too, independently from insuline and diabetes. As opposed to buckwheat, millet, quinoa and few others.
I hope this was useful.
DL
