You are right if you're talking about the Sour cream I had in my burrito ... It 's animal based fat that are bad. Also the exact reason why I did so yesterday was to test if the blood Sugar are starting to be metabolized. Today is my day 1 again and next time I break the fast, it will only be on Juices ... nothing solid.
Also, I realized that due to this busy time period of the year at work and how deadlines are tight, it would not be a good idea for me to do a straight 30 days on water, it will ruin my work quality.
What I will do now is do 6 or 7 days fasting, get a one day break with vegan organic juice and then start again the next day ... How does that sound ? You are right about that burrito though .. A big part of why I ate it was to see what the glucose meter would show.
