GOOD NEWS guys ! Archus, DesertLili, Sailing2 .. please read.

MY DIABETES IS REVERSING GUYS !!! Here's the little story: I broke my fast just for today. I had a veggie burrito which I have been crazing for the last 6 days of the fast .. It had a lot of white rice, beans, guacamole(avocado), white sour cream from chipotle ... After 2 hours of eating that huge burrito, my blood Sugar was only 125 !!!!!! Can you guys imagine. Last time I broke my fast, the blood Sugar after that was 205, which was bad but now it's much much better. I was sooo happy and encouraged looking at that glucose reading, it was too emotional. It looks like Sugar issues are much easier to reverse that high blood pressure.

After eating that burrito, I went back to swim today for a whole hour without resting, I did soo many laps. Just wanted to make sure that what I ate was going to be burned so I can keep the weight loss I acheived and continue fasting again tomorrow.

So tomorrow it's back on water only fasting again for me .. I feel like 6 or 7 days of fasting then a break for just one day will do the trick since I am working full time.

I'm so happy and encouraged today. Still got belly fat to lose but I am very happy with the progress so far .. Once that belly gets flat and nice, those glucose issues should be fully reversed. I was in HEAVEN while eating that burrito .. especially the guacamole .. Chipotle is the best with their avocados ...

Tomorrow is fasting mode again.
