Re: I'm getting SERIOUSLY worried and concerned at this point
Well.. of course! That's exactly what parents gave castor oil to their kids for, a mild dewormer. :)
** Mucus - this only happened once or twice, but there was a lot of it...or if it wasn't mucus, it was certainly gross and slimy
** Black lines or black threads/pieces of stool
** A couple of things that look like dark leaves...not sure if
parasite or undigested veggies.
The body can produce mucous - the gut lining creates it's own mucosal goo to prevent constipation. A balanced gut flora has n-butyric-acid producing bacteria in it, and when the gut wall tastes (remember, taste is how the gut knows to trigger the release of insulin and the creation of fat cells, there's similar cells on both our tongue and gut) butyric acid, it pushes the gunk right along and lubricates the process.
But digestive flora can produce mucous too. That's the base for biofilms, and GUNK it is! The blackest lines and bits of stool are likely where biofilms have been bathed in activated charcoal, and where it's been holding onto rotting bits of food for so long it's all black- and the mucous.. well, if it looks like gunk, it is gunk! That is really good when that happens, it means something you were doing just the days before got the biofilm colonies to detatch.
Dark leaves - can easily be parasitic, but hard to tell, honestly.
Biofilmic colonies aren't just a prob from undigested food, but also because
parasites live and breathe in that gunk. When they die off, they get broken down by biofilm gunk.
TBH I like diatomaceous earth as a
parasite cleanse, I feel good after drinking a bit of it. And I wanna try the saponin herbs mixed with some charcoal to see if I can get some gunk out.
and the rest?
Bit by bit.
