Re: I'm getting SERIOUSLY worried and concerned at this point

Yisucks,

Do you mind sharing with me a little more about your history. From the sound of things (chronic fatigue, nausea, distention after eating, no appetite), it seems that your liver may not be functioning correctly. Have you tried seeking advice from a naturopath or acupuncturist? I can try to help you as much as I can because I myself have suffered greatly from liver malfunction, which lead to malabsorption and other ailments.

A Liver Flush can help someone that has liver and gallstones, but if your liver is overly inflamed, you may want to take a step back.

If you attempt to add multiple variables at the same time (multiple herbs and liver flush, etc.) your liver may work even harder. It's like touching an open wound with your bare hands. If it's irritated, it can become more irritated even if you are trying to put something on it that would help if the wound were closed.

Your immune system seems to be very sensitive. Do you have any other health issues over the past several years?

Ask your body what it feels during your daily habits. This may sound silly, but our bodies will show us if we sit and listen. Are you very stressed? Has a stressful event happened over the past month? What are you feeling?

The liver can heal with smaller amounts of food at a time, and feel free to eat more often, but slowly. I would suggest pureeing leafy greens and cooked vegetables (avoid raw foods if you can) till it starts to calm down. Soups would be your best friend right now. Chewing food well is very important when the liver is irritated.

Using enemas and laxatives can be very controversial, so I would do one thing at a time and see what works for you. Again it can cause irritation and depletion of minerals if you don't have enough as it is. Electrolyte water can help too. Not all remedies work the same for each individual.

In the morning, if you don't have a bowel movement, I would start with warm-hot water before any meal. Try to drink a few cups before you eat. Walnut oil in small doses can help calm and lubricate the intestinal lining as well as supplement any additional hydration needed to be maintained if you are having hard stools.

I don't want to overwhelm you, but if you need a health coach you can reach me at your own time.

From what I hear, try to be patient with yourself. I am here to support you even when it gets tough.

Warmest,
Marina Terzich
