if it was me, i would consider the possibility that i had a gall stone to big to pass. i have seen them almost the exact shape of the bladder it self. it might explain why you are experiencing discomfort, and you course is not proceeding as expected. a simple ultra sound delivered to a competent diagnostician may yield some valuable info. who knows? you might have some small structural defect in the pipes and wires easily remedied...:)
