Re: I'm getting SERIOUSLY worried and concerned at this point
Hi guys,
Thank you all so much for your good advice.
I do think I will try the Castor Oil for a week, even though it seems unconventional. The day after I used the Castor Oil, I was doing better (most noticeably I had no problems at night, which I've been having). I think I was just afraid of daily usage of, based on things I've read. I'll start with 3 days (Morning and Night) and see how that goes, and if I feel I can do the full 7.
As for the probiotics and focusing on rebuilding, I have been working on that for a while and continue to take probiotics. After my colonic, I actually always follow up with a probiotic implant enema that I do myself at home. I also did one a few days later when I started experiencing problems.
FMT is something I don't think I could stomach, and don't know anyone who would give me their feces.
I've had multiple
colonics (probably 10 -- all last year), and I never had this problem. So I definitely don't think that was the issue.
Does the
Liver-Flush deplete good bacteria? I think I've read it does. Also, I wonder how much a lack of good bacteria is my problem, because I had a stool test a year ago and it showed NO Lactobacillus, though I did have Bifido. Despite that, I still didn't have digestive systems-- just been dealing with other stuff like yeast and bacterial infections, rashes, on and off since that fateful day I took an
Antibiotic (all was well and fine in the world until then-- and certainly recognize that is why I'm dealing w/ all of this).
Anyway, so I think
CO for now, and I still need to do the Coffee Enema. It was the craziest thing...I tried to do salt
water enemas before my
coffee enema (to clean it all out).I tried 6 times, and every time I couldn't hold it, and the water literally started coming out of me excessively. That happened a bit yesterday, but not this bad. I couldn't get through it or do the CE. Very disappointing and weird.
As for a 3 day fast, I don't think I'm gonna do that because I have to take medicine for a life-threatening condition I have which must be eaten with food and I know I'll get lightheaded etc if I don't. However, I am HARDLY eating anything, and decided to just start eating veg. broth until this settles down (I pray...)
Definitely interested in your and answers and thoughts to these questions. thanks everyone
