Basically, listen to your body. If you feel ready, perhaps you're ready.
The 2 weeks are to allow yourself to build up the reserves to push again- there's always time between contractions during labor after all to pull a breath!
Fill the 2 weeks between flushes with dark green veggies and folate-rich noms.. and especially foods rich in choline :) Those are what's needed for a successful flush. And if one's making you feel bad, try a different flush! (there's ingredients sometimes in one that wreak a bit of mischief, like the
Epsom Salts for me)
In this thread there's someone mentioning that you may have a few
Gallstones that are too big?
Phosphatidylcholine (available as a supplement) is cited as softening stones signifigantly and helping them roll. Chickory root tea is a cheap way to get choline into your system. ;-)
Oi. Ooooi. After reading your post again, I get why you're feeling like the goodyear blimp when using
Oxypowder and
Epsom Salts ! You're trying a
colonic cleanse and a liver cleanse at the same time.
Oxypowder kills biofilm colonies (candida goo, ropeworms) and is meant to flush/digest them out of your system. It doesn't have absorbative (adsorbative) ingredients with it to stop the dieoff toxins from cycling back to your liver.
When you introduce the
Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) in, it floods the body with a form of magnesium that biofilm colonies looooove to feed off of, and if that's in the liver, then you've got an additional blockage to the action you're trying to achieve with the liver flush.
The
Oxypowder /can/ be useful if taken together with an absorbative agent (something to grab the toxins and stop it from going into the bloodstream) right onsite. I'd suggest powdered charcoal or the powdered bentonite/psyllium shakes a half-hour to an hour after the stronger oxypowder dosings.
As for the epsom salts, I choose to foodsoak in it instead of drink! It gives me the same dilation effect (hugely relaxing) across the body instead of giving the candida overgrowth, because it goes into my bloodstream instead of the intestines. Remember, Hulda had people doing MASSIVE amounts of
parasite cleansing herbs (which includes stuff biofilms hate) before going into liver flushing.
If you get the goodyear blimp bloat effects, it's stuff to do with bacterial activity directly in the small intestine (I know the misery ;^; )! Get some powdered charcoal from ebay or a pottery shoppe or heck, even just a campfire with a good hardwood source. I chose to grind up bits from my fire this year, and drunk the powder in water. It stops the badyear burps right away, and calms the system right down. <3
Bentonite works exactly the same way. Both charcoal and
Bentonite have the molecular structure of sponges, and bind baddies beautifully. They do that to basically anything you eat or drink within 1 hour close to them though, so do get plenty of water and have some patience with yourself- <3
It's herbs with saponins and
Iodine (zinc too) that get rid of biofilms.
Wormwood,
Black-Walnut hull all have
Iodine in
Wormwood, chaparral, tribulus terrestris & many others have saponins (scrubscrub) in
Anything that causes bacterial/biofilm dieoff has the potential to make you feel bleh, because the infections shunt ammonia, acetaldehyde, ethanol and other nasties out into the body when they get dead. Suddenly they get ded. All the sugars, half-fermented food and bugs hiding in the biofilm colonies are released, and there's a war going on down in there!
No wonder the badyear blimp bloats feel bad. :<
I kid you not though, the activated charcoal works!
