Yeah well the theory behind it was he took such a huge dose at like 20 caps which is a lot! and it caused such a reaction that causes diarrhea and forces out those left over stones. If you just take one or two or even three caps it probably won't work it would have to be a bigger dose enough to cause diarrhea. You know what i'm saying?
