Yea, I'm definitely done sticking stuff up my butt for a while. Sadly, the coffee enema was a mistake, yet salt water enemas were totally fine. I'm still gonna try the Castor Oil for a few days, but thats gonna be it.

What do you plan to do then, if no more cleansing or flushing? Wait it out?
